Can I return the product?
Yes, but only if the package is unopened. Adult products focus on health and privacy issues. Sorry, wecannot sell it again once the package is opened. If you need to return the product, please contact customerservice within 60 days after receiving the product.

Are your products body-safe?
Absolutely.All Lurevibe toys are made frommedical-grade silicone, ABS plastic, or non-toxic TPE. We
never use phthalates or porous materials.
How do l clean mytoy?
Silicone/ABS toys: Wash with warm water + mild soap or toy cleaner.
TPE toys: Use toy cleaner (avoid boiling).
Tip: Store in a dry place after cleaning.
Are the toys waterproof?
Most toys are made of silicone and TPE materials and are generally waterproof (please check the product description). Diving toys can be used in the shower/bathtub.
How loud are the vibrators?
Noise levels vary:
